No trip to Tanzania is complete without seeing some of its wildlife, but you don’t have to go on a safari to see them. On this cycling tour, you will get to explore a game reserve in the West Kilimanjaro area on two wheels.
As you pedal along dirt red tracks, you’re likely to cross paths with many animals such as zebras, wildebeests, impala, and maybe even some giraffes. This is a wonderful and unique way to witness Africa’s wilderness in their natural habitat.

After breakfast, we will pick you up from your hotel in Moshi/Arusha and drive you to Simba Farm where your cycling tour will begin. First you will head downhill through the farm before hitting the main road. From here you will enjoy a nice cycle through the Ngare Nairobi village before arriving at the West Kilimanjaro Airstrip.
Once you have passed the airstrip you will then head south towards Ngabobo Village, passing through Tinga Tinga along the way. As you pedal through open grasslands you may capture a glimpse of wildebeest, giraffes, zebras and elands grazing in the distance.
After taking a moment to enjoy the nature and the views, you will continue on the final leg of your journey through Ngabobo Village towards Maasai Lodge where the cycle tour ends. From here you will be transported back to your hotel in Moshi or Arusha.
