Booking Terms and Conditions

Kili Footprints, really appreciate your decision of booking your lifetime Safari with us.

Safari Bookings

Bookings and contracts shall be estimated to have been concluded in Arusha, Tanzania and shall be interpreted according to the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. The company exclusively reserves the right to deny any booking without reasonably outlining the reasons for it.

Deposit & Payment

Once you have agreed to the Safari Holiday arrangements with us a 40% of the total tour amount is required upfront to confirm a booking. The deposit forms part of the payment for the trip and shall be offset to the total amount charged to the client/agent.

However, clients or agents booking to four weeks of the departure of the tour are required to pay the amount in full to secure their cancellation of the booking and the deposits will also be forfeited.

All banks and other transactional charges have to be settled by the agent or client respectively. This also includes the transaction fees charged by our bank.

Cancellations

Cancellations have to be sent in writing. Cancellation shall be effective only from the date of the receipt of cancellation by the booking office. In case of a booking cancellation, the company will be in the position of retaining the full deposit amount.

In case of a booking cancellation, the client will be subjected to a cancellation fee which is as follows:

• 4 weeks prior to departure – 30% cancellation Fee
• 4-2 weeks prior to departure – 50% Cancellation fee
• 2-1 weeks prior departure – 75% Cancellation Fee
• Less than 1 week prior to departure – 100% Cancellation Fee

The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour at its sole and absolute discretion with or without prior notification in any kind of unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, refund of full amount will be made by the company.

Authority On Tour

The decisions of the Company’s guide/driver on tour shall at all times be the final and binding The client must at all times comply and meet with the laws, customs, and foreign exchange regulations of all countries visited.

Passports, Visas and Other Travel Papers

It is client’s responsibility to make sure all the essential documentations are required for your travel in Tanzania are in order. Kili Footprints cannot be held liable for any consequences resulting a client’s not having all required documentation prior to the starts of the tour.

Risk

The client accepts the tours are in adventurous nature and will involve individual personal risk. Kili Footprints cannot hold responsible for any property damaged, injury, loss of life howsoever caused. The client accepts full responsibility for all risks involved.

Marketing

Tanzania Target Tours reserves the right to use any photographs and videos taken during tours for marketing or advertising. The client does gives approval to use such photos and authorizes the company to preserve copyright or such materials.
